Dr. Niloufer S. Dennis & San Diego Women’s Health specialize in services related to pregnancy (obstetrics) and the diagnosis and treatment of problems related to a woman’s reproductive system (gynecology). We also work with our patients on preventive healthcare through periodic exams and screening tests.

We offer expertise in both medical and surgical options for gynecologic conditions.

For women who need surgical intervention Dr. Dennis believes in offering minimally invasive surgery options whenever possible. We provide safe and more effective alternatives to traditional open surgery. Minimally invasive surgery (MIS) uses tiny keyhole incisions through which the surgeon can laparascopically or robotically accomplish the same surgery as they would otherwise through a large abdominal incision. MIS offers less pain, shorter hospital stays and less complications such as bleeding or infection. We offer MIS surgery for  treatment of fibroids, ovarian cysts, abnormal bleeding , endometriosis, pelvic pain and pelvic organ prolapse.
